I believe movement should fit your life, not the other way around. My approach blends functional strength, mindful movement, and mobility training to help women feel confident, capable, and connected to their bodies.

Each session is personalized to your goals, whether you want to build strength, improve posture, or simply feel more energized. I combine Pilates-inspired techniques, bodyweight and resistance training, and restorative movement for a balanced, sustainable routine that supports your life.

At the heart of Move with Melissa Personal Training is helping women move with purpose, strength, and grace—and know they have the moxie to do hard things.

  • Personalized fitness right in the comfort of your own home.

    • Individual: $100 per 60-minute session

    • Partner: $140 per 60-minute session

    • 1x -5x per week training

  • Workout from the convenience of wherever you are via Virtual sessions.

    • Individual: $95 per 50-minute session

    • Partner: $135 per 50-minute session

    • 1x - 5x per week training
